My name is Marius Werani. You may already know me as the former singer & lead guitarist with indie-synth band King Pigeon. Now, I am launching into a solo dimension as WERANI, where I rediscover songwriting as a multi-instrumentalist and producer with my debut single Nostalgia. 

My desire for creative reinvention brought me to Berlin, where I found myself looking back to look forward, transforming my memories to melodies, my gratitude for what led me to where I am today into this new journey of musical discovery.

I’m really excited to share my new sound on this first single: a dreamy retro vibe that combines the classic analogue productions that I love with a uniquely modern disco shimmer, an euphoric synth-pop rich in joy, warmth and collective harmony.

Currently, I am deep into the production of my debut album.
